2 Ingredient Cottage Cheese Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 1 scoop Chocolate Equip Protein Powder (or other flavor)
- 2 tablespoons crushed ice (or unsweetened coconut milk
OPTIONAL
- 1 teaspoon stevia glycerite (or a few tablespoons allulose)
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients to a high-powered blender or food processor until creamy and whipped. Taste and adjust sweetness to your liking.
- Place in the freezer for 1-2 hours for a thick ice cream treat!

“8 years ago today, I chose to make one of the healthiest and profoundly impactful decisions of my life.Â
I chose to turn my back on sugar and grains and pursue a healthy ketogenic way of eating.
