Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Equip Protein Powder (or other flavor)
  • 2 tablespoons crushed ice (or unsweetened low fat coconut milk)

  • Place all the ingredients to a high-powered blender or food processor until creamy and whipped. Taste and adjust sweetness to your liking.
  • Place in the freezer for 1-2 hours for a thick ice cream treat!

NINJA CREAMI OPTION:

  • Add the mixture to pint container and give it a general mix. Freeze 24 hours. Select the 'light ice cream' button for the first cycle and respin as needed.
