Ingredients
  

OPTIONAL:

  • 1/2 teaspoon stevia glycerite (or 2 tablespoons powdered allulose)
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract (or other flavor like mint!)

Instructions
 

  • Grease a 4-ounce ramekin and set aside.
  • Place all the ingredients into a medium bowl and whisk well to combine. Place the batter into the ramekin and microwave for 60 seconds or until cooked to your liking. 
  • Enjoy!
