TESTIMONY ABOUT THE BEST PROTEIN BROWNIES
My recipe for the Best Protein Brownies was on my member website Keto-Adapted.com where I have weekly coaching meetings with all of the members. People love the website! They love the meal planner tool (click HERE to watch) and I always give exclusive recipes months before anyone else. This was one of the comments on my wesbite about my blender brownies:
“The best is right! I froze mine and they have such a nice fudgy texture! The lighter frosting was really runny so I just poked holes in the brownies like those 70’s jello cakes, it is awesome. I honestly feel so guilty eating them but then I go back and look at the macros and think nope, its Maria’s genius AGAIN!!” Christine
HOW TO MAKE THE BEST PROTEIN BROWNIES
The secret ingredient for making my delicious protein packed brownie recipe is Equip Prime Protein, which is made from beef and so delicious!
I love that I can create recipes with Equip that provide my body and my readers protein packed foods to help build muscle, grow beautiful hair and rebuild the body!
You can mix and match the flavors if you want! My son Kai LOVES coffee, so instead of one cup of chocolate Equip, we used 1/2 cup of chocolate and 1/2 cup of iced coffee Equip! Be creative and create your favorite flavor! If you love caramel, add the salted caramel Equip! YUM!

TESTIMONY OF THE DAY
“My journey with Maria Emmerich started in December of 2014. I was generally happy, a mommy and wife, feeling overall decent in my health. I went in that month for a routine health exam and got results I didn’t expect. My A1C was 12.5! I was a full fledged Type 2 diabetic.
I was scared and sad and shouldn’t have been surprised, I was at a top weight for me, 208 lbs at 5’2. I had gotten used to that body. I was in a healthy marriage, enjoying life genuinely, but I had to face the truth that regardless of that, I was not healthy. I was in a dangerous spot.
Immediately I was told what I’d been prescribed, and that I was to begin medicine that very day. I remember leaving work and not being able to sleep that night. Something inside me didn’t accept that my destiny was to live as a diabetic, taking medicine and eventually insulin. That next day I told myself: you have to look elsewhere for answers.
My cousin and close friend, Brooke, had been following a woman named Maria Emmerich for months, had been eating and living a “keto” lifestyle. I got to work researching Maria. I met with Brooke that day and we poured through her books and online presence. I had a feeling that she was my answer.
I started THAT DAY. I didn’t look back. I went all in. To be honest, it wasn’t that difficult to adjust! I started a fitness journey with Brooke, noticing that with my keto adapted lifestyle, I was more energetic and more motivated than ever.
6 months later I went in for lab work, a recheck, and my A1C was 5.8! I was 40 lbs less and truthfully, I looked 10 years younger. I was so thrilled with all of it. I felt light! I remember reaching out to Maria and thanking her from the bottom of my heart. She responded within an hour.
over 9 years later, and I’m still here, still controlling my blood sugar levels, still keto adapted. Still beyond grateful for this answer. 80 lbs lighter, 48 years old tomorrow, stronger than I was at 38 years old. Did I relax here and there? Not really to be honest. It has become my life. I am so grateful. So so grateful to Maria!” Amy Jo
I don’t usually have Macadamia Nut Milk or even Coconut Milk on hand. Could unsweet vanilla almond milk be used instead?
I’ll bet that just water will do. Those non dairy milks are usually pretty thin.
I’m wondering the same. Did you try it yet, Susan?
How many grams of liquid egg white would I cook for this?
I haven’t weighed it out in grams. But it is the equivalent to 10 whole egg whites.
Unbelievably amazing!!!!!
I am beyond excited~i just made this and its perfect!
I used 1/2 cup choc Equip P.P. and
1/2 cup salted caramel Equip protein powder
5 egg whites and 5 whole eggs.
The texture is so wonderful AND my husband gave these a thumbs up, thats a pretty big deal !!
Thnx Maria!!!! 🤗💞
Sounds amazing! I’m so glad!❤️
is that 5 boiled eggs and 5 boiled egg whites in addition to the 2 raw eggs called for in the recipe?
10 boiled or scrambled egg whites, plus 2 whole raw eggs.
Were the 5 whole eggs boiled/scrambled or raw?
Hard boiled or scrambled, as the recipe indicates 🙂
Can’t wait to try this! What can be substituted for the equip prime protein powder, please? (i.e. another type of protein powder and/or more cocoa powder?)
I haven’t tested this with other protein powders🙏
I finally bought some. The brownies are delish! I’ve been using your recipes for years for creative ways to get my kiddo to eat eggs. Thank you!
Hi, I’m sensitive to stevia. If I wanted to use the unflavored Equip, how much more cocoa powder would you use?
I haven’t tested it so I’m not sure🙏
I only have unflavored and salted caramel equip. How much extra cocoa would I need?
These are incredible!! So delicious. My kids even love them! Question: can they be frozen?
Yahoo! Yes, they freeze well for up to a month ❤️
Mine come out like styrofoam, what did I do wrong?
You over whipped the whites.
Would this work with more egg yolks or some added fat? I want to make it fattier for my son who is underweight.
I haven’t tested it that way to be sure. Let me know how it turns out 🙂
