Sauna Blanket Lifts Winter Blues
Winter can be long and dark for a lot of people. I know I am always searching for ways to lift my mood during those long and cold winter months. Many of you know I am in love with my new sauna blanket and it helps get through the cold winters in many ways. We even have one in our Keto Condo in Maui because it takes up such little space (something we do NOT have much of here in Maui). We love it!

Especially if you roll in the snow after the sauna (which I loved doing in high school with friends), the hot and cold therapy will give you a huge dose of endorphins to boost your mood!
