To make my easy protein tiramisu mug cake, all you have to do is toss everything into a bowl and mix it until smooth.

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients into a large bowl and stir well to combine. 
  • Grease 2 large mugs. Divide the mixture evenly into each mug.
  • Heat in the microwave for 90 seconds or until cooked through. Dust with chocolate protein powder. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Best served fresh.

    What can be done to not become so badly wrinkled after weight loss?
    The photo above…well…the weight loss is great….but her beautiful face has been lost to deep lines!
    Just wondering.

      Hi Gladys,
      In my experience, it just takes time and the lines/wrinkles slowly even out. This always happens after a large amount of weight loss. Once weight loss is stabilized, it tends to even out pretty good depending on your age. Makeup colors and hairstyle can also help give a light, lifted appearance. But, I think we would all welcome the “healthy” lines and wrinkles compared to being overweight and unhealthy with a smoother face so don’t let that stop you from getting healthy and looking fabulous! 😉

      She looks beautiful. Any time significant weight loss occurs, especially rapidly and depending on your age and how long your were overweight, loose skin and some sagging is inevitable. Weight loss doesn’t cause wrinkles. You’re noticing loose skin due to decreased volume.

    Maria, if one does not own a microwave, can this be done in an oven? And if so, what temp and how long do you recommend?

      I haven’t tested it to be able to give you time and temp. Start at 325 and just watch it. It will probably take 10-12 minutes. Let me know if you try 🙂

    I have almond flour on hand, but not coconut flour. Do you think the almond flour would work? It’s such a small amount I am hoping yes.
