Protein Tiramisu Mug Cake
Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup unsweetened macadamia nut milk (or unsweetened coconut milk)
- 2 scoops iced coffee Equip protein powder
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon rum extract (or vanilla)
- Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil Spray (to grease mugs)
- Chocolate Equip Protein Powder (to dust the top of the cakes)
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into a large bowl and stir well to combine.
- Grease 2 large mugs. Divide the mixture evenly into each mug.
- Heat in the microwave for 90 seconds or until cooked through. Dust with chocolate protein powder. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Best served fresh.
