PSMF Salted Caramel Ice Cream (low calorie, high protein)
I LOVE ice cream! Who doesn’t?
My husband son LOVES ice cream and he loves caramel! So when Equip created a salted caramel protein powder, I knew I had to make a special recipe for him!
HOW TO MAKE PSMF SALTED CARAMEL ICE CREAM
To make my delicious ice cream, I used Equip salted caramel protein powder that is made from beef!
What a great way to add protein and nutrition to a low calorie dessert!
Adding Equip creates a soft and creamy texture to this protein packed ice cream so do not skip this step. Too often low calorie ice creams are icy and not creamy like a high fat version.

TESTIMONY OF THE DAY

āThis is hard to post but if it helps someone get back up, itās worth it.
2 months ago, I started my journey to run after health. My body pain, headaches and mental health were terrible.
As of today (May 23rd) here is where Iām at. I am by no means finished, but feel good about how far Iāve come.
Down 22 lbs total.
Down 15.5 inches overall!
Body pain, bloating, headaches and fogginess significantly reduced.
I donāt post this to sell anything this is just proof that hard work, discipline and dedication to goals pays off.
Thank you so much Maria! Your wisdom and guidance has been nothing short of MIRACULOUS.ā -Ashlee
I love all your recipes and especially the protein sparing range! Thankfully, the only distributor in Australia who was selling Equip protein at an affordable price had been out of stock for more than 6 months. I’m happy to see the product is back in stock, so I will now be able to make your delicious looking ice cream, souffle and other healthy treats! Your pooch is always an adorable addition to your photos. Thank you for keeping new and innovative recipes coming!
Yahoo! Thank you! I am so grateful for your support. Happy eating!ā¤ļø
I love your recipes. Is there anything that can be used to substitute for the Equip protein powder. Iāve used that product several times in different ways and it always gives me severe intestinal problems, just like other protein powders. I finally threw my bag out. I think protein powder being a processed product doesnāt work for me.
Thank you for your help.
Bummer! I have tons of recipes here on my blog and in my books without Equip, so I would just use those instead š
I have noticed your recipes have macadamia milk or coconut milk. Should we not use almond milk? What do you think of hemp milk?
This looks amazing and I canāt wait to try this flavor. Quick question because if I total up the calories, it looks like this might be a recipe for four servings instead of two?
Always grateful for the tireless work You put into all of your content!!
The macros listed are for 2 servings.
I made this with cashew milk instead of the macadamia nut milk. It has a rubbery kind of texture. Not the pleasant ice creamy texture I was hoping for. Has anyone else had this issue ?
Sorry, I’ve never had that happenš
