    Hi Maria Shelley here all the way from Houston Texas I’ve been doing keto now for 11 months I’ve lost 80 pounds I still want to lose another 45 pounds but I’m stuck I’ve included walking as part of my daily regimen I’m eating one meal a day and I at a protein shake as a after workout meal (walking) but I feel I’m just at a stand still.. What do you recommend? Any help suggestions? I’ve even included fasting I’m doing that Monday after mothers day of eating 😃 for 7 days..

      For hardcover books, probably not. All the books are through the publisher now so we don’t have them in stock at our house anymore. 🙂

    Hello Maria, thanks for the discount. I normally consume bone broth daily, for joint issues from an old injury. Do you think taking this collagen supplement will be better or about the same benefits as a broth? Thanks
