Culvers is a midwest fast food chain that serves Concrete Mixers such as Strawberry Cheesecake and since summer will be here in no time, I thought a recipe for a homemade Strawberry Cheesecake Concrete Mixer would be perfect!

HOW TO MAKE HOMEMADE STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE CONCRETE MIXER
To make my homemade Strawberry Cheesecake Concrete Mixer, I used Equip Prime Strawberry Protein.
I love that I can make a delicious and easy homemade ice cream shake in minutes and it is healthy! Packed with protein on those days I don’t have time to cook!
There have been times I am stuck in an airport and I make a version of this Homemade Strawberry Cheesecake Concrete Mixer (without the ice). I always have Equip strawberry protein powder packed in my carry on! I seriously do! I have a flight to Bali that is 36 hours long and since I know it will be hard to find quality food at the airport, I plan on making a few Strawberry Cheesecake shakes!
Equip is so generous, they are offering 15% off when you use code MARIA!

Strawberry Cheesecake Mixer
Equipment
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 scoops Strawberry Equip Protein Powder
- 1 cup unsweetened macadamia nut milk (or low fat boxed coconut milk)
- 2 ounces cream cheese (or Kite Hill brand for dairy free)
- 1/2 teaspoon stevia glycerite (or equivalent)
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness to your liking.
- Enjoy immediately. This Strawberry Cheesecake Concrete Mixer tastes best eaten while the ice is still frozen.
How do you mix it on the airplane? What liquid do you mix it with? I am a flight attendant and would like to know how you mix it away from home. Thanks
You can take a shaker/blender bottle or blendjet for mixing. You’ll have to add water or any nut milk available at the airport once you pass through TSA since liquids aren’t allowed. I’m not sure if flight attendants have different limitations, though 🙂
Maria. What is a Blendjet?
It’s a small portable blender 🙂
Thanks. No we can’t bring liquids either.
Thanks, I have a TON of traveling coming up and have been trying to figure out how to work that. I don’t know why I didn’t think of mixing with water if I can’t find a nut milk. This takes one less worry off my mind.
Disappointed that the 15% off code MARIA doesn’t work. Got all the way through adding to cart, shows discount, then Checkout and it says it’s invalid. This is the third time I’ve attempted to purchase it, and discounts don’t work.
