Ingredients
- 1/2 cup salted butter softened
- 8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
- 2 scoops Perfect Keto Cinnamon Toast MCT powder (or chocolate MCT powder)
- 2 scoops Perfect Keto Vanilla MCT powder (or more chocolate MCT powder)
- 1/4 cup powdered allulose
- 1 bar The Good Chocolate chopped
OPTIONAL:
- 1 teaspoon stevia glycerite
Instructions
- Place the butter, MCT powders and sweeteners into a large bowl. Use a hand mixer to combine well. Taste and adjust sweetness to your liking. Add in chopped chocolate and stir well to combine.
- Use a mini ice cream scoop to make 1 inch balls. Place on a baking sheet in the fridge for one hour to set. Or just eat it right out of the bowl! YUM
