Growing up, I always had fudgesicles in the summertime! I love how fudgesicles can be refreshing and cooling and in my recipe, they are also packed with protein and electrolytes!
HOW TO MAKE PROTEIN FUDGESICLES WITH ELECTROLYTES
To make my delicious protein blizzard, I used chocolate caramel LMNT!

Protein Fudgesicles with Electrolytes
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened macadamia nut milk (or unsweetened coconut milk)
- 1 scoop Chocolate Equip Protein Powder
- 1 packet Chocolate Mint LMNT (or other like chocolate caramel LMNT)
- 1 teaspoon stevia glycerite (or equivalent)
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness to your liking. Pour into popsicle molds (click HERE to find the one I use).
- Place in the freezer for at least 6 hours or overnight. Store in the freezer for up to a month.
