I only have the ketogenic 30 day cleanse and was going to stick strictly to the meal plan in that book. Is that acceptable or is it a combination of recipes to follow?

I found the Protein-sparing modified fast method book on Amazon, but I didn’t see it on your website.
They are different books. The Protein-Sparing Modified Fast Method is a published book on Amazon that includes recipes from The Art of Fat Loss, The Protein Sparing Modified Fast Cookbook, plus a few new recipes.
