Keto For Weight Loss Recipes
I struggled with food and weight throughout adolescence and into adulthood. I remember sitting in the library at age 16 and trying on my friend Lisa’s jacket. All of a sudden, I heard a boy sing, “fat girl in a little coat.” That started my wake up call.
There are many ways and reasons to eat keto, but often times I hear people say they tried keto and GAINED weight. Once I ask them what they are eating, I know why they didn’t lose weight. They never get into the negative fat flux and are eating foods that are keto, but cause weight gain. This is why I wrote The 30 Day Ketogenic Cleanse.
My weight loss was a hard goal to achieve. But once I found the secrets to healing my mitochondria with the right foods, sleep, exercise, water and overhauling my bathroom pantry, it became easy. Hi Maria,
I am currently on day 8 of the 30 day cleanse, and loving the journey. I already eat clean and am active, but want to lose about 25lbs. I am hoping that the dairy-free cleanse will jump start my system. I saw about 4 lbs. of lose in the first four days, but that now stopped. No change in the last four. Is that expected?

A real stall is more like a couple months, not a couple days. Weight loss is not a straight line. And yes, dairy free can help things. 🙂
