Anyone else LOVE eggnog?
My son Kai loves it and he says it is his favorite thing to have during the holidays! This is why I wanted to make a very special homemade eggnog recipe for him.
HOW TO MAKE KETO HOMEMADE EGGNOG
To make my homemade eggnog, I used Equip vanilla protein powder!
Adding a scoop of Equip makes this eggnog thick and delicious! Just one scoop makes this holiday drink the perfect thickness for an eggnog, but you must make sure to let it chill in the fridge a few hours or overnight for the eggnog to thicken.
Equip also makes this special holiday drink super yummy and extra heathy; packed with protein to help build bones, strong muscles, strong nails, beautiful hair and great skin. One mistake I see often when people when they attempt the ketogenic diet for weight loss, is they do not eat enough protein.
One easy way to boost your protein intakes is to add Equip Prime Protein to delicious recipes like healthy homemade eggnog!
Equip is so generous, they are offering 15% off when you use code MARIA!

The BEST Keto Eggnog
Equipment
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (or coconut milk if dairy free)
- 3/4 cup unsweetened macadamia nut milk (or low fat coconut milk)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 scoop Vanilla Equip Protein Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 3/4 teaspoon stevia glycerite (or a few drops of monk fruit)
- 1/2 teaspoon rum extract
Instructions
- Heat the heavy cream and almond milk in a sauce pot over high heat until it comes to a soft boil.
- Meanwhile place the eggs, Equip, nutmeg, stevia and extract into a blender. Puree the mixture and while the blender is running over slow speed, pour the hot cream mixture into the blender. Taste and adjust sweetness to your liking. Place in the fridge to chill (the eggnog will thicken as it chills).
- You can garnish this delicious eggnog with dairy free whipped cream or real whipped cream. If you don't have one yet, one of my favorite gadgets is a whipped cream dispenser (click HERE to find the one I have). Makes a great holiday gift!

TESTIMONY OF THE DAY
Doesn’t Jane look AMAZING? I’m SO proud of her!
“I found this pic this week… my wedding day 21 years ago at a whopping 500 lbs.
Compare it to the second pic which was me yesterday at 170 lbs.
I didn’t find Maria Emmerich until February 2021. The day after I got my first covid vaccine in February, I said to myself how fortunate I was to have survived the pandemic as I saw so many heavy overweight and unhealthy people on various meds, dying all around me.
I knew then I had to make a change and God brought Maria and Craig into my life. Thanks to them, their books (I own them all) and their websites, facebook pages and wisdom and experience, I have completely changed my way of eating and I refer to her as my Guru.
I have been able to do things in the past year that I have never been able to do in 59 years prior. Better late than never! I have much adventures to make up for. Carpe diem!
I am truly thankful to you, Maria Wojcik Emmerich! May God continue to bless you and your beautiful family!” -Jane
can I use unflavored egg white protein?
I haven’t tried that but if you do let us know how it turns out! 🙂
Could this be put in a an ice cream maker and turned into ice cream?
I haven’t tried, but maybe 🙂
Haha!! I see those Packer colors!! My husband grew up in Wisconsin, and is a Packer nut! (I mean Packer fan!). We have so many green and gold items around here, not to mention cheeseheads for everyone in our family!!
Love it! Go Pack!
