Sugar Free Lemon Posset
Ingredients
- 3 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup powdered allulose
- 2 scoops Further Food Lemon Collagen
- 3 whole lemons juiced
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine 3 cups cream, allulose and Further Food lemon collagen.
- Stir together and heat to medium high for 2 to 3 minutes, do not boil. Stir in lemon juice.
- Pour into serving glasses (or hollow out and fill lemon halves if using as a vessel). Refrigerate until set, about 5 hours.
