  • In a medium saucepan, combine 3 cups cream, allulose and Further Food lemon collagen.
  • Stir together and heat to medium high for 2 to 3 minutes, do not boil. Stir in lemon juice.
  • Pour into serving glasses (or hollow out and fill lemon halves if using as a vessel). Refrigerate until set, about 5 hours.
