    I love my sauna blanket. I usually only wear 100% cotton men’s pajamas (no underwear) and stick the sleeve hems and pant hems into 100% cotton men’s tube socks and sweat away! The reason I use men’s is because I like the loose fit – and I can use a higher heat level without burning my damp skin.
