TESTIMONY OF THE DAY
“It may only be by 0.1 but for the first time in 10 years I’m in the “normal body fat” category only 13-18lbs left to go!
Started Keto”ish” in January, then followed one of the Emmerich’s 30 day meal plans in February, did Maria Emmerich’s weight loss challenge in March and have been utilizing the meal plans on the Keto-Adapted.com platinum membership ever since!
Thank You Craig & Maria Emmerich” – Hannah
On the video you used 4oz of cream cheese (looked like 1/2 a block) I’m wondering if you have tweaked the recipe since filming?
I’m going to try with the salted caramel flavor premier protein for some caramel bites!
I value all of the information you send out to us! Thank you 😊
Always follow the written recipe. I sometimes modify a recipe after filming 🙏
I have to be dairy free, but butter is okay. Do you think these would still be good if the cream cheese is not added? Or would I need to substitute something else for the cream cheese? Any suggestions? Thank you! I’m anxious to try these!
Never mind! After reading the recipe, I then heard you say on the video we can sub Kite Hill cream cheese. Yay!!👍😊
I made these and my texture came out more like a gummy candy and not chewy if that makes sense. How can I get a chewier texture? More allulose or less gelatin? Thanks
Try decreasing the amount of gelatin a bit 🙂
You must try it without the added gelatin and water! So everything else the same…OMG!! you get a more soft, caramel texture and chewier!
anyone try this with the caramel protein?
I have had several readers say they have and they love it!
