3 Minute Sugar Free Collagen Lemon Curd
HOW TO MAKE 3 MINUTE SUGAR FREE COLLAGEN LEMON CURD
To make my sugar free collagen lemon curd, I used Further Food’s lemon collagen! It has the best flavor!
Collagen isn’t just a beauty supplement—it’s the structural protein that supports skin, joints, gut lining, bones, and connective tissue. Further Food Lemon Collagen combines high-quality collagen peptides with a refreshing lemon flavor, making daily collagen intake simple, enjoyable, and functional.
This is collagen designed for consistency—easy to mix, gentle on digestion, and supportive of whole-body health.
1. Supports Skin Elasticity, Hydration & Glow
Collagen peptides provide the amino acids—glycine, proline, and hydroxyproline—your body uses to rebuild the skin’s collagen matrix.
Regular use helps:
-
Improve skin firmness and elasticity
-
Reduce the appearance of fine lines
-
Support hydration and smoothness
The lemon flavor makes it easy to enjoy daily, which is key—collagen works best with consistency.
2. Promotes Joint Comfort & Connective Tissue Strength
Joints, tendons, ligaments, and cartilage are collagen-rich tissues. Supplementing collagen peptides supplies the raw materials needed for repair and resilience.
Benefits include:
-
Improved joint comfort and mobility
-
Better recovery from activity
-
Support for aging connective tissue
This is especially helpful for active individuals and anyone prioritizing long-term movement and flexibility.
3. Supports Gut Lining & Digestive Comfort
Collagen plays a role in maintaining the integrity of the intestinal lining. The amino acid glycine helps calm inflammation and supports mucosal health.
Daily collagen may:
-
Support gut barrier function
-
Reduce digestive irritation
-
Improve nutrient absorption
A lemon collagen drink can be a gentle, hydrating way to support digestion—especially in the morning.
4. Complements High-Protein, Keto & Low-Carb Diets
Many high-protein diets emphasize muscle meats, which are rich in methionine but low in glycine. Collagen helps balance amino acid intake, supporting detoxification, inflammation control, and connective tissue repair.
Further Food Lemon Collagen is:
-
Low-carb and keto-friendly
-
Easy to add without altering macros
-
A smart complement to steak, eggs, and whey or beef protein
5. Naturally Pairs with Vitamin C for Collagen Building
Vitamin C is required for collagen synthesis in the body. Lemon flavor naturally cues pairing collagen with vitamin-C-rich foods or drinks, helping your body use collagen more effectively.
This synergy supports:
-
Skin and tissue repair
-
Faster recovery
-
Better structural support overall
6. Easy, Refreshing & Versatile
Unlike unflavored powders that disappear into recipes, lemon collagen is meant to be enjoyed as a functional beverage.
Ways to use it:
-
Stir into cold or warm water
-
Add to iced tea or herbal tea
-
Mix into sparkling water
-
Blend into smoothies or wellness drinks
It dissolves easily and tastes clean—no chalky texture, no artificial aftertaste.
7. Supports Healthy Aging from the Inside Out
As collagen production naturally declines with age, tissues lose elasticity and resilience. Supplementing collagen peptides helps support:
-
Skin firmness and hydration
-
Joint and bone integrity
-
Gut and connective tissue health
-
Overall structural strength
This isn’t about chasing youth—it’s about aging with strength, mobility, and vitality.
Practical Tips
-
Daily amount: 1 scoop per day (consistency matters more than timing)
-
Best time: Morning hydration or post-workout
-
Pair with: Vitamin C foods (lemon, berries) and adequate protein
Conclusion
Further Food Lemon Collagen makes daily collagen intake simple, refreshing, and effective. By supporting skin, joints, gut, and connective tissue, it provides foundational nutrition your body uses every day—without complicating your routine.
It’s collagen you’ll actually look forward to drinking—and that’s what turns a supplement into a habit.

TESTIMONY OF THE DAY
“My story begins in February of 2024. I had lost 20 pounds on my own and weighed 301 pounds at the time. I don’t usually disclose my weight, but if sharing my story can change even one person’s life, then it is absolutely worth it.
After losing those first 20 pounds, I signed up for Maria’s March 2024 weight loss challenge. I ended up being a March challenge winner, which was incredibly exciting and motivating. After the challenge ended, I continued on my own—and I have remained motivated this entire time. I absolutely love all the food choices I have.
To date, I am down 140 pounds and many inches.
Why the Emmerichs? For me, it was a simple choice. When I read the testimonials, I saw so many stories of diseases being reversed. That alone was eye-opening and something I wanted to be a part of. I’m now 50 years old, and if I can be healthier, then yes—sign me up. It was truly a no-brainer. As my dad always says, “Your health is your wealth.”
I’ve tried many other weight loss plans in the past. During one program, I tore both menisci and ended up on a cane. My severe osteoarthritis was debilitating. Today, that osteoarthritis is in remission, and I honestly have never felt better.
I currently weigh 161 pounds, and this journey took a little over a year and a half. Am I finished? Of course not. My ultimate goal is 130 pounds, and I’m excited to keep going.“ Kara
