Collagen Pumpkin Pie Chaffles
Have you ever had a chaffle?
A chaffle is a mini waffle and I love them because they are so easy to make, your kids can make them all by themselves
HOW TO MAKE COLLAGEN PUMPKIN PIE CHAFFLES
I had a wonderful time experimenting creating my collagen chaffle recipe! Instead of using flour, I used Further Food Pumpkin collagen and gelatin!
Collagen helps make the chaffle to form into a delicious bite of goodness and do not skip the gelatin because it helps create the perfect chewy bite.
I love Further Food gelatin and their collagen is my favorite! You are going to love my Collagen Pumpkin Pie Chaffles!

TESTIMONY OF THE DAY
“Dear Maria Emmerich,
My name is Jeremiah. I am 19 years old. When I was 8 months old my nanny tried to kill me causing me to have a Traumatic Brain Injury.
The doctors told my Mom I would be lucky if I lived and if I did live I would be basically bed bound with feeding tube and unable to do anything.Through God’s grace my Mom says God saved me. By the way my Mom is Heather. Anyway my whole life since I can remember my Mom has tried to be healthy and make me as healthy as possible.
A few years ago when my Mom was told she had diabetes and insulin resistance also high blood pressure and lots of other health issues I got very afraid.
My Mom has been my person since I can remember. She is my best friend and the greatest Mom ever. I was scared because what of something happened and she died? Who would help me? My Dad who is my dad by choice not blood is disabled from a disease of muscle. My Mom has been with me always. You and Craig shared your knowledge with her and have helped her reverse all her medical problems. You saved my Mom’s life.
I just want to say thank you because I don’t have to be afraid anymore. Your food is delicious and good too. Thank you for sharing your recipes with her. She is teaching me how to make them myself. I am very slow but am trying to learn so I can do it myself.
My Mom has sacrificed EVERYTHING to make sure I am as healthy as possible and my Dad too. She is the most unselfish person I know. I just want to say again Thank you for helping her. In helping her you helped me. I pray God blesses you always.Love Jeremiah”
