BLUblox Giveaway
You all know I prioritize my sleep and that is why I love my BLUblox glasses and I wear them every evening while I am on the computer or watching television.
BLUblox now has a new product that also helps with sleep! They have a new REMedy Sleep Mask! In-depth research into light and health it is very clear from the academic literature that any amount of light hitting your closed eyes as you sleep, (such as alarm clock light, car headlights, or a family member turning on a light), damages your health and sleep. Studies have linked this kind of light while we sleep with increased insulin resistance, heart disease and neurological diseases.
I was surprised to read that none of the major sleep mask brands block 100% of light from hitting our eyes. None until BLUblox REMedy sleep mask was created! It blocks 100% of light whilst you sleep.
I fly a lot so I have an extra pair of BLUblox sleep mask that I keep in my carry on bag! Especially on long flight where there are always lights on. I found it impossible to sleep with the lights but now I just wear the comfortable BLUblox sleep mask! Those basic eye masks were always uncomfortable and I always had a hard time falling asleep with such a feeling on my face. BUT these new BLUblox Sleep Masks are fantastic!
I love the BLUblox Sleep Masks because they fit all of us! They have created adjustable eye cups that velcro on and off so you can position them exactly to your face shape for a comfy sleep! They also removed any elastic from the head band which means I no longer get tangled hair and no more wearing out your mask by stretching it!
BLUblox is so generous they are giving away 3 Sleep Masks!

I’ve been wanting to try the Blublox glasses and sleep mask. Here’s a chance! Thanks Maria and co.
working out has helped me sleep.
Not drinking alcohol helps me sleep deeply. Being in ketosis and not snacking at night also help.
truthfully never heard of the bluebox glassesbut am excited to learn about them!! thank you!!
I recently began experimenting with meditation and I think it has helped me with getting better quality sleep.
I know I need to get better sleep. My room is yellow and the windows are on the east and south sides, so early morning is bright sunshine! I often don’t feel rested, and I know I’m on my phone a lot, especially before bed. Looking forward to checking out these new glasses.
Would love to try these glasses!
Thanks so much for the giveaway! I installed black out curtains in my bedroom to block out the neighbors street lights and that has helped quite a bit!
this looks so interesting! I am anxious to try it!
My sleep helpers are room dark shades, earplugs, lavendar eo diffused, melotinin and magnesium supplement and eye mask with elastic band. Thanks for a chance to win!
Room darkening drapes have really helped me with quality sleep. Would love to try the BLUblox.
I have never heard of the blublox until now! This is very interesting and I’m glad you are promoting health for sleep as I’ve suffered from insomnia for years!
I’d love to try the Blubox glasses & sleep mask! Any light wakes me up! I’m always telling my husband that.
I try to take a relaxing bath or shower. It helps me sleep better.
I have been trying to limit my screen time before bed. The Blublox Sleep Masks would help!
I haven’t purchased light blocking glasses or a sleep mask yet (though they are both on my wish list). I installed f.lux on my computer a few years ago, instigated a no tech/phones in the bedroom policy and no screens an hour before bed and that has helped me immensely. Still, I would love to try the sleep mask because sometimes the full moon or neighbor’s porch lights shining through my curtains in my bedroom bother me.
Maria, I am looking forward togetting quality sleep, with a BluBlox Sleep Mask.
Thank you.
Night shift on the IPhone and Melatonin spray have helped with sleep, but I’d love to add BLUblox to the equation for optimization.
Thx
I was just reading for the first time today about the BluBlox Sleep Mask…..so excited to try and win them. Thank you.
I read in your Keto book that Gaba and 5-HTP help. I take them nightly and that has helped me greatly! I would love to try BluBox sleep mask – especially for when my medically fragile child is in the hospital. It would help me greatly. Thanks!
For me ashwaganda, reishi mushroom and magnesium supplements have helped my sleep tremendously. I would love to try the BluBlox
Putting IRIS on all my devices and using an infrared sauna before bed.
Getting my eating habits consistent.
Thanks for the chance to win. I really haven’t found anything to help my sleep yet. Hopefully I win and this will help!
Exactly what I’ve been looking for!
I try to limit screen time before bed. Also have light blocking curtains on windows.
Love, love, love my Blublox glasses. Wear the glasses every evening while watching TV and working on the computer. A warm bath with Epsom salts and lavender essential oil puts me right to sleep and I seem to be dreaming much more these days. Have tried other sleep masks, but they seem to bother me and keep me awake.
Sleep is an area of health that I am just now exploring. I went from 250 lbs to 125 lbs in the last few years with a low carb, then keto, and now keto/carnivore way of eating, all the while honing in on more and more ways to acheiving optimal health. I am very interested to try these and work towards better sleep and better health.
I sleep really well most nights, I haven’t liked other sleep masks – mostly because of the elastic so these sound amazing! I need help blocking out light. Since I have started using a sound machine, which I think I started using because it was suggested here – sleep has been so much better.
I have a white noise machine that helps with falling asleep, and cutting out sugar has helped INCREDIBLY.
This would really help my situation! Looking at screens all day into the evening…I need help.
Making sure my blinds are shut as tight as possible and unplugging night lights upstairs has helped. Also installed a motion-activated toilet light for the rare instance when I have to go in the middle of the night! It glows red, of course. 🙂
Running a fan all night & using a knee pillow. I have carpal tunnel so I usually wear wrist braces to keep my hands from falling asleep before I do.
Taking magnesium has helped me have a better night sleep.
Not using any devices 1 hour before bedtime
Eating Keto has helped me sleep better!
Stop eating 3 hours prior to bedtime.
I think eating a keto diet has helped my sleep and health over all. Would love to win the glasses!
I have improved my sleep by reading before bed (from a book not from a device) and taking a combo of magnesium and melatonin (individually, neither does anything for me, but the combo is great).
I would love to sleep well at night!
I get better sleep if I exercise at lunch, don’t eat anything before bed and clear my mind with a good book on my Kindle.
I am 68. had a hysterectomy 30 years ago, and terrible insomnia all the years since. After reading up on it, I asked my gynecologist about progesterone. She had prescribed it for others as a sleep aid. Since last October I’ve taken 200mg progesterone at night before bed. It makes me drowsy and I sleep soundly thru the night without restlessness. It is a game changer and is also prescribed for men for its calming influence. As we age, our bodies make less of it. Do not confuse progesterone with estrogen. Progesterone is prescribed along with estrogen replacement therapy to prevent the growth of cancer cells.
Cool room with warm blankets along with thunderstorm sounds help me sleep really well.
I so need these. I was intrigued the first time I heard you talk about them. What currently helps me sleep is CBD oil but these would be super beneficial to use before bedtime! We adore you Maria!!
Indulging in a foot bath – with Epsom salt and essential oils
I stop eating & drinking 4 hours prior to bed. I also take magnesium & keep the room dark. Sometime I knit/read too.
Interesting option. Would like to improve my sleep.
I take a RELAX supplement and wear blue blocker glasses (not this brand) in the evening before going to bed.
Blackout curtains and eye masks help me sleep
Walking a 5k six days per week. Taking your words to heart “I prioritize sleep”. Had to make it a daily mantra.
I really feel like eating better and omitting alcohol really helps. Meditation has helped to decrease stress and help me relax. My girlfriend in New York has had a lot of problems with sleep and swears by these glasses. Would love love love to try them 💕!
I take Melatonin and turn down the temp in my room
I am trying to reduce screen time and take a cool shower before bed!
I take liquid melatonin a half an hour before bed and it seems to help me to get to sleep.
Not taking my phone to bed and using room darkening curtains has helped
What has helped me is my husband sometimes works the night shift. Of course he doesn’t work 7 days a week so I would LOVE to win the BLUblox mask or glasses! 🙂
I do crossword puzzle games before bed and when I start to feel my eyes getting heavy I am able to fall asleep easily.
Hmmm… better quality sleep. I would have to say choosing the keto lifestyle has had the biggest influence on creating better quality sleep. As a matter of fact, I think I sleep better now that I ever have, even as a child. I also think the transition has been so much easier thanks to Maria and all of her cookbooks and advice.
I take magnesium, use a fan to drown out noise and like a cool bedroom. I still need more help though.
Routine helps me I stop eating by 6:30 in evening, get showered and relaxed by 9:00 and have time to wind down.
I don’t sleep well most nights, but working out hard will sometimes help. I am always looking for ideas.
My German Shepherd dog helps me to go to sleep at a regular time. At about 9:30PM, he lets me know he wants to go to his crate for the night. If I don’t go to sleep myself shortly after him, he gets very upset. As a result I’m getting a longer sleep time for which I am grateful. I have more energy for playtime with him during the day. It’s a win-win situation.
