BLUblox Giveaway
You all know I prioritize my sleep and that is why I love my BLUblox glasses and I wear them every evening while I am on the computer or watching television.
BLUblox now has a new product that also helps with sleep! They have a new REMedy Sleep Mask! In-depth research into light and health it is very clear from the academic literature that any amount of light hitting your closed eyes as you sleep, (such as alarm clock light, car headlights, or a family member turning on a light), damages your health and sleep. Studies have linked this kind of light while we sleep with increased insulin resistance, heart disease and neurological diseases.
I was surprised to read that none of the major sleep mask brands block 100% of light from hitting our eyes. None until BLUblox REMedy sleep mask was created! It blocks 100% of light whilst you sleep.
I love the BLUblox Sleep Masks because they fit all of us! They have created adjustable eye cups that velcro on and off so you can position them exactly to your face shape for a comfy sleep! They also removed any elastic from the head band which means I no longer get tangled hair and no more wearing out your mask by stretching it!
My son Micah wanted to use them before I even had a chance to try them! We go camping a lot and I always have basic eye masks for us to use in the camper. Especially when we camp up north where the daylight is much longer! Those basic eye masks were often uncomfortable and I always had a hard time falling asleep with such a feeling on my face. BUT these new BLUblox Sleep Masks are fantastic! I immediately ordered an extra pair to keep in my carry on for long flights.
BLUblox is so generous they are giving away 3 Sleep Masks!

Sleep is a little more complicated for myself as I live in Hi and work for a company on the East Coast so I don’t get as much sleep as I would like to. Keeping my bedroom cool, stopping electronics early in the evening, and not eating at min 3 hours before bed time have all helped with my sleep.
I could really use these, I don’t get quality sleep now
Black out curtains, binaural beats are helpful. Also, no wifi, bluetooth or tv in my bedroom.
Whoops, I put my comment in the wrong place, lol. ☺️
Magnesium helps me get better sleep.
The only thing that helps me sleep is being exhausted. I take magnesium supplements but I’m always so wound up it’s hard to sleep. I also use a 20# weighted blanket to help sleep.
The best sleep I get is when I dont eat at least 3 hours before going to bed and writing in a journal the events of the day
Living in Florida, we turn the AC down at night for a chilly room necessitating snuggling into a comfy coverlet. Soothing!
No light in the room by using blackout curtains, no cellphones in the room and we run a ceiling fan and a box fan for air circulation and white noise.
I take magnesium, am usually exhausted, cannot be hot, and have a ceiling fan, box fan and side table fan going. My daughter uses the blackout curtains which she says help her a great deal. 🙂
Melatonin & magnesium help me right before going to bed. Also, environment is as dark as possible & I wear ear plugs to block out my husband’s snoring. I also have sleep apnea so I use a cpap machine. When traveling often wear eye mask when I can’t control light.
Drinking Hibiscus tea in the evening helps me rest better. 🙂
I use a 20# weighted blanket. It helps me stay in a deeper, more restful sleep.
Keto gave my life back beginning Feb 1,2016.. Amazing changes and good health. A seminar in your home,Maria, was a tremendous boost and encouragement.
Since April of 2018, I have been getting up to be outside every(!) morning for first light and sunrise. It sets me up for an excellent night’s sleep by influencing melatonin production.
Sure could have used the sleepmask while in the hospital overnight recently!!
Keeping the room cool. No lights.
This Sleep Mask looks like a really good one. We try to keep as much light out of the bedroom as possible, cover the digital clock, and make sure the temperature is low at bedtime. Can’t sleep when it’s too hot here in Texas!
I try to block out as much ambient light as possible in my bedroom.
Keeping room dark and cool. Not eating too close to bedtime!
I’ve never tried a sleep mask because I’ve heard that any light touching your skin is harmful and distruptive to sleep. My neighbor’s back porch light shines brightly in to my room and I finally decided to try a sleep mask I had received as a gift. It works! Really good sleep with it on. And I have to put it on over a CPAP mask.
Blue light blocking glasses before bed help me sleep better.
I take magnesium glycinate and I use an app called Insight Timer that sets a timed meditation background sound.
Sleep strips by Somnifix seem to be helping me sleep.
The Sleep mask would be a joy to use . Thanks for the information
My Neora sleep chews work like a dream to help me sleep.
Magnesium, blue light blocking bulbs and getting my adrenal glands healed.
Magnesium spray oil!
Tried “Calm”, a magnesium sleep supplement [magnesium helps muscles relax ďloosen], for the first time in a long time, I got tired 2 hours earlier than usual & went right to sleep instead of just laying there for hours more!
Setting a routine, blue light glasses at night and an eye mask when I sleep help me.
Cool glasses! I use an eye mask, night guard, and magnesium to help get restful sleep.
Lavender oil or Serenity oil in my diffuser helps!
Diffusing lovely lavender essential oil, and trying not to watch tv or scroll through my phone after I get in bed!!
Keeping the room cooler, taking magnesium, no TV on in bedroom.
I am so grateful to you, Maria! You’ve taught me so much. I am about to do a 30 day Keto Cleanse using your book as my guide. I plan to post on my YouTube Channel, Wonder Wander Ponder Be, and provide links to you. I will let you know when I do. One thing you’ve taught me about better sleep is Magnesium!
I am thankful every day for Maria suggesting Magnesium and it helps with my sleep but also cravings and cramps in my legs!
I wake up all the throughout the night. I’m still looking to find a solution to help me sleep better.
Make bedroom cooler (A/C or fan) and weighted blanket.
Melatonin and turning down the AC!
I usually take a sleep supplement called mag-12 it’s helps , lights off, cold room and heavy blanket
Eating an early dinner.
Cooling down the bedroom at night.
I have FMS and never go into REM sleep. My body really could use these.
I haven’t really found anything that helps me get good quality sleep. I need these!!
Making a point to go to bed earlier!
I have trouble sleeping because I have my sleep schedule way off normal. Taking L-Tryptophan is helping me fall asleep.
I’ve had a lot of trouble with deep sleep. I’m doing better with a CBD/Melatonin product but it still needs to improve
Magnesium, grounding pad & lavender essential oil via a diffuser have all helped with sleep.
Looks like a great product!
I need to get back to wearing my blu blockers in the evening.
Magnesium before bed and limiting my phone use has helped a lot with my sleep habits. These would also help a lot! Thanks for the info Maria!
Getting my dog tired out or giving her a bath because she is the one that will keep me awake otherwise!
I take magnesium in the evening and it helps me sleep
Magnesium glycinate at bedtime helps me a lot!
I try to get to sleep every night at a decent hour that allows me 8-9 hours of sleep. I wear earplugs & keep my room dark & cool with fresh air with slightly opened windows.
Sleep training and magnesium has been very helpful for my sleep.
I have read about these before. I would totally use them.
I take magnesium glycinate, use Pro-Gest cream, use blue blocker glasses, plus other things to help with sleep.
I find Lavender Essential oil helps me get to sleep easier.
I love my bamboo sheets, they are so soft and cozy. Thanks so much for the chance to win the sleep mask. My husband insists on having the TV on all night and I know it’s not good for me.
I’ve been getting to bed earlier and wake up before the alarm. Love that.
Removing all cell phones/devices from the bedroom has helped enormously with improving our sleep.
I do get the occasional migraine, so that sleep mask would be amazing. We use only yellow or red light bulbs at night.
Diffusing lavender essential oil by my bed and applying it to the bottom of my feet and wrist.
I struggle to sleep at night. I keep my room cool and limit screen time before bed. These would definitely help me
I would simply love this sleep mask! I’ve been using dollar store ones for a couple years now, and they’ve really helped, but man, this is next level! 😍 A blend of eo called Sleep has also helped me a lot. 💜
i bought a pair of orange blue light blocking glasses years ago and for got about them I found them a couple months ago and was amazed at how i started sleeping earlier and more at nights almost immediately
Since going through menopause, I have a hard time staying asleep where before I would sleep like the dead and nothing would wake me. I have tried a nice bath with lavender Epsom salts, but hubby keeps me up (we take care of MIL and have one room)
I could really use this mask.
I am trying different things at the moment for my sleep, I currently wear an eye mask.
I don’t sleep well, but try to by wearing a sleep mask and earplugs. My family has an active nightlight, opposite of me. I crawl into bed by 8 pm! They don’t understand that having lights and the TV on in the living room all night is an issue. Even with my earplugs and facemask, I wake up and see those lights shining under my bedroom door. Maybe a better quality mask would make a difference. I sure would love to find out!
I find the best sleep I get is when the room is very cool, dark and with a white noise. I sleep on my upgraded chilipad called an Ooler and I love it!
I take magnesium, use blue blocker glasses 3 hrs prior to sleep, and use blackout curtains. I’ve been shopping for a sleep mask!
Not eating after 6 pm has really helped my sleep.
I use melatonin and blue light blocking glasses before bed to help me sleep better. I was in a car accident just over a year ago and suffered a TBI, so anything to help me sleep is appreciated. Thanks for a chance to win.
I’ve gotten a lot of help with sleeping from keeping a regular schedule, and trying whenever possible to see natural sunrise.
After years of feeling EXHAUSTED and tons of tests I found a new Dr and we found out I have moderate to severe sleep apnea! I was waking up basically every 4 minutes!! So I she now started sleeping with a machine. Still tired but not quite as tired as I was. I also love Epsom baths!
I turned a clocks toward the wall and stood turning tv on when I go to bed,.Also added magnesium at night.
Reading before I go to sleep for 15 minutes or so.
I need to turn off the tv and read for about half an hour. Problem I am running into is I read on my iPad and I think it stimulates my eyes/brain.
It’s a combination of quiet darkness, although I do fall asleep to soft music or boring lectures nicely ; ) temperature regulation, tummy neither full nor empty, regular bedtime before 10 pm, a good supportive pillow, and sleeping alone works best for me, the less disturbances the better 🙂
Sweet Dreams zzz zzz
Magnesium and sticking with a bedtime and morning routine has helped me.
Light-blocking eye mask when at hotels does help, as does a white/pink noise generator. I have blackout curtains at home which help a lot.
Intermittent fasting and eating my last meal of the day by 5pm has helped my sleep improve
Being a single mom to two kids I am usually exhausted. I tend to fall asleep with the TV on (sleep timer set for 30 minutes) but then I wake up at 2am, unable to go back to sleep for 2-3 hours…
I am considering bying blackout curtains but winning these “glasses” would be so much better 😎
One of the things that help me sleep is using a sleep machine.
I recently tried the Calm magnesium supplement and was impressed. Best sleep i have had in a while.
Getting out in the sunshine numerous times during the day to take my German Shepherd for a “business” walk plus taking magnesium glycinate an hour before bedtime is my solution for a solid sleep.
I would love to get these for our long Alaska summer daylight! We use cardboard in the windows but it isn’t the same thing!
We try to take melatonin and tryptophan, and take magnesium during the day, and again at night.
