I got one last year and we love it. My son had cystic acne and I kept telling him to use my mask but very hard headed. He is now turning 17 in late December and actually asked for his own, that way he can use it everyday. He is only half the time at my place, goes to his father’s the other half.

Ooh, I’ve been wanting a red light mask to help with skin damage from food sensitivity outbreaks. I’ve been studying various red light options.

I’m grateful for a chance to win a Bon Charge Red Light Face Mask. A side effect from my (successful!) chemotherapy treatment for breast cancer last year is my face looks about ten years older. My wonderful and supportive boyfriend is considerably younger than I am, but I wasn’t an obvious “cougar” (or Saber-Toothed Tiger, even!) before my treatment. I’d love to try/ use this regularly! I treated myself to a 20 minute red light therapy at a local sauna with a 30 mins of deep sweating about a month ago in an attempt to help lower my anxiety and chest pains from stress. I’m 43 but lay in bed at night or sit down during the day and wonder is this it, is my heart going to give out and then of course I stress more and think about what that would do to my 3 kids. I’ve made mistakes as a mom and carry mom guilt, but I’ve been given a new spiritual heart and have made a lot of positive changes but taking a little time out to do something like this every day would give me a little extra peace of mind knowing I’m actively able to do something to take care of the physical body I’m trying to learn how to take better care of 🙂

Several years ago I purchased the BLUblox (or now Bon Charge) blue blocking glasses based on Maria recommending them and love them! I’ve seen lots of promising information on red light therapy and would like to use it to improve my skin.
I have reached a point where I’m trying to go more natural as I strive for better health. Red Light therapy really intrigues me! My followers on social media often ask me if I know anything about it, but I really haven’t had an opportunity to try anything up until this point. It would be wonderful to be able to experience it for myself and then share with my community.
If I could get work done on my face to help texture, wrinkles and discoloration I would in a heartbeat. Whether that be skin resurfacing, chemical peels or even a facelift, if I had the funds I would go that route. But not many of us can and I have been looking into red light therapy as a “cheaper” alternative to help me improve my skin and as a bonus, I believe the red light therapy helps tremendously with mood. I will be 60 yrs old in a few months & I am dreading it! Between being disabled, & being surrounded with a hubby who’s retiring soon, elderly parents & in-laws, our grown children, young grandchildren & very needy pets, there’s not much time for myself.
