Olive Oil of the Month Club
So many of you wrote me on how you are enjoying the lovely and delicious olive oils from all over the World so I reached out to T.J. the “Olive Oil Hunter” and we are offering the Olive Oil of the Month Club for a few short days!
Are you looking for a perfect gift? In my pre-keto days, I was a part of a wine club… now my new club is an olive oil club! I found this amazing small and kind company (you all know I love to support kind and small businesses!) who has a great olive oil of the month club! I thought it would be a great idea to gift your mother or friend! Whether they are keto or not, the olive oil in this monthly club is the top olive oils in the WORLD!

When you get olive oil from the amazing Olive Oil hunter who hand picks the top olive oils of the World for this club, first, each oil is chemically tested by an accredited third-party laboratory and certified to be 100% pure extra virgin. Second, each oil is also certified by an independent tasting panel of human judges, formally trained and accredited to detect even the slightest defects in an olive oil’s taste or aroma. This means that if you ever have a guest for dinner who happens to be an olive oil connoisseur, you can serve them these oils with unabashed pride. 100% pure extra virgin, the highest grade.
Instead of gifting someone Wine, gift them this Olive Oil!
When I spoke on the Low Carb Cruise I was fortunate enough to dine with Dr. Stephen Phinney. I was a little star struck when I met him. His book The Art and Science of Low Carb Performance was a book that changed my life and started my keto journey! At dinner he brought his own bottle of olive oil to share with the table. Right away I knew I was going to like him! I often thought I was a weirdo to question what types of fats restaurants use; especially after I was served a vegetable oil dipping “butter” for my crab.
The bottle of olive oil that Dr. Phinney brought to the table brought up a great topic; “how to choose a quality olive oil?” Some of the olive oil facts he taught all of us was really fascinating and it sent me to find the best ones to use for my family.
So Where Do I get My Olive Oil?

I am living in Ontario Canada. I am guessing this offer applies to USA only. So sad!
I think so but you can check with them to be sure. 🙂
How do i know which decaf coffees are not chlorinated like you say to avoid? I’m really trying to kick coffee…. And alcohol :/
Thanks !!
Look for Swiss water processing. 🙂
This is a lovely, lovely thing!!! I’m thrilled to experience these. Thank you so much for sharing your terrific finds.
And while I’m at it, thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing your gift of nutritional understanding and experience with the world. Your level of research is so very much appreciated. I’ve been doing intensive nutritional studies since my pregnancy with my daughter. I look forward to the day I can do your keto-coach classes. I’ve been keto now for 5 years. Being a caregiver all my life and watching loved ones struggle with health, I want to be at my absolute best all my days.
Have a wonder-filled day 🙂
Thanks!
What do you suggest for medications/ supplements that should be taken with food, when you are fasting? Thanks in advance!
The only ones you have to take with food are A, D, E and K. 🙂
I believe you suggested to take zinc and berberine with food? My question is if I’m fasting should I skip the doses of those? Thanks
Also, in researching berberine, it seems to be suggested that it should be cycled and not taken long term. What are your thoughts on that?
