Love the adapt bars! Maria I have a quick question. After reading on your website that evening primrose oil and EstroFactors made be good for hormone related symptoms especially headaches I purchased both and just read on the EstroFactors bottle that it may reduce the effectiveness of birth control pills. Should I take one in the morning and one at night maybe? Thank you so much for all of your helpful info and recipes!!

I would love to post a pic with one. But I can’t go d them anywhere yet. Want to order when we get back in county just trying to find the right place to try multiple flavors. Hopefully by the time we do get them it won’t be to late to take a photo to try to win..lol. These woulda been perfect for the plane ride.
