Hi Maria
First let me say you are a fan of mine. I have been doing Keto now for almost 3 years and lost 57 pounds since doing keto. I am however in a situation where I have gained 6 pounds of it recently and feel even “fat”. Not quite sure what I am doing wrong but would like to get back on track. The other thing I 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 is that I have started strength training for 30 minutes three times a week and I just started- but feel “aweful” after the workouts. I have a hard time even “walking or picking” anything heavy after the workout. I have been told by friends that I need to consume “carbs” to help with glycogen storage. What am I doing wrong and how do I fix this? Many thanks for your help!

I would up your electrolytes. Try getting 4-5 grams sodium a day. This can help:
