To make the ice cream: Place the heavy cream into a blender and puree until light and fluffy. Add the rest of the ingredients and gently pulse to combine well. Taste and adjust sweetness to your liking.

Can store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month.
To make the Butterfinger Blizzards: Place ice cream and unsweetened macadamia milk into a blender. Add natural crunchy peanut butter to the blender.
Combine until smooth.
Add more ice cream or macadamia milk depending on how thick you desire your Blizzard.
Add 1/2 cup chopped Butterfinger Bars and stir until well combined. Garnish with additional Butterfinger Bar pieces. Enjoy!
