Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened full-fat coconut milk or heavy cream if not dairy sensitive
  • 1 cup coconut/lime/strawberry/other LaCroix sparkling water or other sparkling water
  • 1 tablespoon EVERLY DRINK MIX any flavor
  • 3 tablespoons allulose or equivalent
  • 1/2 teaspoon Redmond Real salt keeps sherbet soft

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and combine until smooth.
  • Place into your ice cream machine and watch the magic happen within 15 or according to your ice cream maker's directions.
  • When finished store in airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month.
