Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/4 cups low fat cottage cheese
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Redmond Real salt

PIZZA HUT SPICE MIX:

  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a large cake pan or lasagna pan with avocado oil spray.
  • In a food processor or a large bowl, mix the cottage cheese, coconut flour, baking powder, eggs, salt and 1/2 of the Pizza Hut seasoning until very smooth.
  • Place dough into a large greased round cake pan (or lasagna pan), scatter with the remaining spice mix and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until set, risen, and golden brown. Remove from oven and place your sauce, toppings, and cheese on the crust. Place back in the oven for 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
