Instructions
Place the water or broth into a 6 quart crockpot. Add the cauliflower and turnips as they’re prepped, then the lemon. Cover and cook on medium heat for 6-8 hours or until soft. Drain and transfer to a blender or food processor and puree until very smooth. Add broth, chives, seasoning and butter if desired. Serve and enjoy!
