  • Line a bread loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside. 
  • Place all the ingredients into a large bowl. Use a hand mixer to combine well. Taste and adjust sweetness to your liking. 
  • Place the mixture into the bread pan and place in the fridge for 6 hours before slicing and serving.
  • Store extras in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
