Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups unsweetened low fat coconut milk or unsweetened almond milk or heavy cream for keto Irish Cream
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Equip Protein Powder use code MARIA to save
  • 1/2 scoop Chocolate Equip Protein Powder use code MARIA to save
  • 2 tablespoons Natural Sweetener or a 1/2 teaspoon stevia glycerite
  • 1 teaspoon coffee extract
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and puree until well combined. Taste and adjust sweetness to your liking.
  • Enjoy immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 1 month. When ready to serve, use a stick blender to loosen the Irish Cream (it will thicken up if it sits in the fridge overnight).
