Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/3 teaspoon Redmond Real salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil melted, or macadamia nut oil
  • 4 tablespoons MCT oil
  • 3 tablespoons fresh red chili more or less depending on desired heat
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice (optional)
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese omit for dairy free

Instructions
 

  • Place basil, walnuts, garlic, salt, pepper, oils, chili, lime juice, and parmesan into a food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
  • Tastes great served over Miracle Noodles!
