Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Miracle Noodles Eggwhite Noodles (or zucchini "Zoodles")
  • 1/4 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup organic veggie broth steaming hot (or chicken broth or beef broth)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut aminos (or tamari sauce)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Natural Sweetener (erythritol, OR a few drops of stevia glycerite)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon lime juice (or lemon juice)
  • peanuts for garnish (or sunflower seeds)-OPTIONAL

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl combine peanut/sunflower butter and broth; mix until smooth paste forms. Stir in Coconut Aminos, natural sweetener, cayenne and lime/lemon juice. Mix by hand until well combined and smooth. Mix with the noodles and enjoy!
