FROSTING:

  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese softened
  • 1 tablespoon salted butter softened
  • 1 tablespoon allulose (or powdered sweetener of choice)
  • 1/2 tablespoon unsweetened macadamia nut milk (or heavy cream)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the chaffle maker.
  • Place all the ingredients for chaffle into a small bowl. Use a fork to combine well.
  • Place 1/2 the chaffle filling into the chaffle maker and cook for 3 minutes or until cooked through. Remove the chaffle and repeat with remaining batter.
  • To make the frosting, place the cream cheese, butter and allulose into a small bowl. Use a fork to combine well. Add a little macadamia nut milk or cream to thin out the frosting.
  • Place the chaffles onto a plate and drizzle with frosting. Best served fresh.
