- Preheat oven to 350°. 
- Brew apple tea in boiling water and set aside.  
- Grease a 12-donut donut pan and set aside. 
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the coconut flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Set aside. 
- In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine sweetener, oil, apple tea, eggs, and vanilla. Mix to combine. Then add the flour mixture and combine once again.  
- Pour into prepared donut pans and bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out of the cake clean. 
- While it bakes, prepare the glaze. In a medium-sized bowl, place the 1/2 cup brewed tea, 1/2 cup coconut oil (it will melt in the hot tea), and Natural Sweetener and mix well. Set aside to cool a bit before spreading over donuts. 
- Cool the donuts in the pan for 10 minutes, then place onto your serving platter. Top with glaze.
