Instructions
Preheat skillet. Beat eggs with electric mixer on high for 1 minute to make them light and fluffy.
In a food processor, blend the cottage cheese until very smooth, then add to the eggs. Add all the other ingredients.
Pour batter onto skillet, fry until golden brown.
