Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened macadamia nut milk (or boxed coconut milk)
  • 1/4 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Equip Protein Powder
  • 1 ounce cream cheese (or Kite Hill cream cheese for PSMF macros)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (or vanilla extract)
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • Few drops maple stevia (or stevia glycerite) (or 3 tablespoons powdered allulose)

OPTIONAL TOPPING

  • Whipped Cream sweetened with stevia glycerite

Instructions
