Thick Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup cocoa butter chopped
  • 1 oz unsweetened unsweetened chocolate chopped
  • 1/3 cup Natural Sweetener
  • 3 cups unsweetened almond milk/organic cream/coconut milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla or chococlate extract
  • 1/8 tsp toffee extract

Instructions
 

  • Chop the cocoa butter and unsweetened baking chocolate very small.
  • In a double boiler, place the cocoa butter, chocolate, natural sweetener and almond milk.
  • Heat on low/medium and stir often until every thing is melted and well combined.
  • Add the extracts.
  • Remove from heat and serve in cute cups.
