Cinnamon Fry Bread

Ingredients
  

  • coconut oil for frying
  • 3 large eggs separated
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla egg white protein
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or other extract: almond, coconut, maple
  • 1/2 teaspoon stevia glycerite or a few drops of flavored stevia
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon or more if you love cinnamon
  • 1 Pinch Redmond Real salt
  • Natural Sweetener for dusting, or erythritol

Instructions
 

  • Separate the eggs (save the yolks for a different recipe), and whip the whites in a clean, dry, cool bowl for a few minutes until VERY stiff). Blend in the protein powder, extract, stevia, cinnamon and salt.
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan on medium-high until a drop of water will sizzle. Once it is hot, place a circle of dough on the pan. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Remove from heat and place on a plate. Sprinkle with cinnamon and Swerve. Enjoy!
