Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water.
Bring water to a boil and immediately remove the pan from the heat.
Cover and let eggs cook in hot water for 11 minutes.
Remove from hot water and rinse with very cold water.
While the eggs are cooking, make the bacon.
Place the bacon in a large, deep skillet.
Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown.
Crumble into very small pieces and set aside.
Peel the boiled eggs and cut lengthwise in half.
Remove yolks and place into a small bowl.
Mash egg yolks with guacamole/<g class="gr_ gr_140 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling" id="140" data-gr-id="140">baconaise</g>/mayonnaise, crumbled bacon and cheese.
Stir in mustard.
Season with salt.
Fill egg white halves with the yolk mixture.
Sprinkle with smoked paprika.
Refrigerate until serving.
