Avocado Ice Pops

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe avocados chopped
  • 1/3 cup + 2 TBS "Healthified" sweetened condensed milk
  • Juice of 2 limes 40ml
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or water
  • 3 TBS Natural Sweetener
  • 1/8 teaspoon Redmond Real salt
  • Healthy additions optional:
  • 1 tablespoon aloe vera
  • 1 tablespoon l-glutamine powder
  • 1 tablespoon grass-fed powdered collagen

Instructions
 

  • Place the avocado, "healthified" sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, almond milk, natural sweetener, salt and any healthy additions you prefer in a blender or food processor and blend.
  • Mixture will be thick but still pour-able.
  • Pour into popsicle molds and tap on counter to remove any air pockets. Freeze for 3 hours or until set.
