Homemade Push Pops

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup Natural Sweetener or equivalent
  • 1/4 teaspoon raspberry stevia optional
  • 2 teaspoons raspberry extract or more to desired taste
  • Pinch Redmond Real salt
  • Natural Food coloring pink, or color of choice (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Place the heavy cream into a powerful blender. Puree on high until stiff peaks form. Add the rest of the ingredients and puree until well combined. Taste and adjust sweetness to your liking. I added a teaspoon of stevia glycerite (click HERE to find).
  • Pour into push pop molds and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until frozen. Store in freezer for up to 1 month.
