Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon Further Food gelatin
  • 1/4 teaspoon raspberry stevia or other flavor like grape
  • 1/4 teaspoon raspberry extract or other flavor like grape
  • 2-3 drops stevia glycerite
  • 1/8 teaspoon Redmond Real salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon citric acid optional for tartness

Instructions
 

  • Place 3/4 cup water in a small pot or heat-safe cup. Sift in the gelatin. Bring the mixture to a simmer (or place the cup in the microwave for 1 minute).
  • Add the fruit stevia, extract, sweetener, salt and citric acid. Taste and adjust sweetness to your liking. Place in the fridge for at least 8 hours to set. The jelly will thicken as it cools. If the mixture gets too thick, heat in a saucepan or microwave until the jelly turns to liquid. Add a few more tablespoons water. Stir well and cool to thicken.
  • Serve with protein sparing bread!
