Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups unsweetened macadamia nut milk OR heavy cream OR low-fat coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup cocoa butter chopped fine
  • 1/2 cup Natural Sweetener or more to desired sweetness
  • 1 medium cinnamon stick
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 whole vanilla bean scraped clean, OR 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • Ground Cinnamon Optional

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan, combine 1/2 cup macadamia nut milk/cream/coconut milk, cocoa butter, natural sweetener, cinnamon stick and nutmeg.
  • Stir over low heat until cocoa butter is melted; discard cinnamon stick.
  • Add remaining macadamia nut milk/cream/coconut milk; stir until heated through.
  • Remove from the heat; add extracts.
  • Sprinkle each serving with ground cinnamon if desired.
