salted butter
(salted butter browns better)

sharp cheddar cheese
shredded

cream cheese

beef broth
(or chicken broth) more as desired
Instructions
Place the butter in a large saucepan and heat on high for about 5 minutes. Whisk while heating.
The butter will start to sizzle and fluff up. Watch for brown flecks (not black!) and remove from heat.
Add the shredded cheese and cream cheese. Allow the cheese to melt for a minute then add the broth.
Use an immersion blender to puree until very smooth. Add more broth if you prefer a thinner dip.
Place into a serving bowl and enjoy with pork rinds or Carnivore Crisps.
