1/4cupFresh cilantro leaves
1cupripe grape or cherry tomatoessliced in 1/2

Instructions
Dice the red onion and place into a large bowl. Add the lime juice and LMNT and stir well to coat.
Add the fish, garlic, jalapeño and gently mix.
Next add the tomatoes, cucumber, cilantro. Stir to coat everything well and place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes (45-60 minutes is best). The longer you marinate the firmer and more cooked the fish will become.
Taste and adjust seasoning to your liking (adding more LMNT if desired).
