  • 1/3 cup dried parsley
  • 1/4 cup ground cumin
  • 2 tablespoons onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground coriander
  • 2 teaspoons lemongrass
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayanne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Natural Sweetener

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients and store in a container away from the stove. Use on eggs, meat, seafood or my zero carb Protein Croutons.
