The BEST Protein Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened macadamia nut milk (or coconut milk for a thicker drink)
  • 2 large eggs (or 4 egg whites)
  • 2 scoops Chocolate Equip Protein Powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (or coffee extract or mint extract)
  • 1/8 teaspoon chocolate stevia (or stevia glycerite)
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon (omit if using coffee or mint extract)
  • 1/8 teaspoon Redmond Real salt

Instructions
 

  • Heat the almond milk in a sauce pot over high heat until simmering.
  • Meanwhile place the eggs, chocolate Equip, vanilla, cinnamon, stevia and salt into a blender. Puree the mixture and while the blender is running over slow speed, pour the hot almond milk into the blender. Taste and adjust sweetness to your liking.
